I just done a Subscription Director Suite, tranfer MOV file to PowerDirector 365 try to view it , the screen is blank but audio is fine.
How can I solve this issue

Need to know the specifics of the .mov file. Please use mediainfo(freeware) link here: https://mediaarea.net/MediaInfoOnline and attach the text file on your reply so we can see the file details.
