Effect Pack Tutorials?

So, I'm flooded with Effect Packs to download, but I don't see any tutorials or previews to help decide which ones to download and how to use them. Any suggestions?

Try in the Cyberlink Application Manager, and the Effects Packs resources to click on the circled i which will point you to a web-page with more information of the effect(s). It will show examples, which give a first impression of what you can do with them.
On the Cyberlink tutorial pages you may find a bit more information on applying effects. Although, admittedly, CL leaves much to you own creativity.

In Application Manager
Effects Packs
Next to each package click on the letter ( i )
It takes you to information and usually has a video.
If you don't have anything that matters, don't install it.

Once installed it can be uninstalled, Programs and Features, by name.
