Keeping YouCam Always on Top

PROBLEM--I am using Youcam with the VIPKid (VIP) teaching app (platform) where the video camera is "Youcam." and Youcam is on top of the VIP app (positioned to the right side of the slides in an "empty" space BUT still on top of the app in) and works well) .

However, when I click on the VIP app "next Slide" icon the Youcam app "disappears" until I click on the Youcam and it reappears in the "correct" location over the VIP app..

QUESTION-- Is there a way to keep Youcam "always on top"?
