Hi all!

Recently whenever I download a shutterstock video and it completes, the whole program freezes and I have to manually shut it down.
What is causing this and how to resolve? If a c drive disc issue, how do i change the shutterstock cache folder to another drive?

How much free space is on your hard drive?

Also, what processor do you have with how much RAM?

This has been happenng with me also but with Shutterstock Music. Sent error report 2x to cyberlink.
