I'm trying to compile and publish a list of devices that have overlay-compatible SoC's

To that end, please post the make/model of your device, Android version and any mods you've made.

I've spent the past two and a half hours shopping for devices based on soc.
Using this list:

Do you know how hard that is? I think it's absolutely ridiculous and cyberlink hasn't posted a list of specific devices.

My tablet is a lowly Samsung Tab A T-290, 8 inch.
When first purchased it had one video timeline and 3-4 image overlays.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 429, 2.02GHz. Current Android 11.
At some point there was an update, either by Cyberlink, Samsung, or Android, the result was multiple video overlays.
I can now use up to 4 video tracks and 2 image tracks, although performance is lacking under such strain. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.
