Hello Everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has run into this issue.
I recently reimaged my system to try and get better performance out of Powerdirector.
I'm running Windows 10 21H1 with an AMD 3900X and Radeon 580 and 32 gigs of RAM.
Before the reimage everything worked it was just that timeline scrubbing was slow.
Now after a clean install I can't even produce video.
I'm using GoPro footage, I have turned off any acceleration and the only thing that produces is audio.
If I choose 264, it will produce a file the size of my audio files. If I choose HEVC if will produce a file the size of the audio and video together but there won't be any video. It previews fine so I'm not sure what to do about this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Update: it turns out the issue was using lens correction from the Action Camera Center. Once I removed that everything worked as expected.
I have a GoPro Hero 9 and the lens correction is only up to the Hero 8 so maybe that caused the issue. But as I said the preview worked well.

Thanks

This sounds like a bug. Using lens correction from any profile should not cause this. You may want to start a support ticket to let them know and maybe fix it on the next patch if enough users report it.
