Hello,

I assume you mean with PowerDirector. The answer is no. Chapters are only available when burning a video to a disc.

I do it all the time with avchd. Have you checked out Create a folder in that final burn window… The contents play back properly in my HTPC and on Sony standa;one BD player with chapters.

You may be referring to mp4 files instead. The PM is correct about it. You need 3rd party software. Do a search on this forum for the answers if desired.
