Hope someone can help!

I am trying to transfer some old Hi 8 cassette's from a Sony Digital Handicam DCR-TRV355E to my Windows 10 laptop using a Dazzle DVC100 Capture device.

My problem is that power director is not recognising the dazzle capture device, any ideas?

You should use the software that came with the device to do the capture. Please read this sticky: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/77190.page and supply a screen snapshot of the PD15 Capture screen with the device connected, powered up with the camcorder connected and rolling.
