Power Director 365 stuck importing Media

Hi,

This is my first post. I just upgraded from the free version of PD365 to the paid version. I'm attempting to open and use the program but it is stuck at 8% trying to import media and the clip it is stuck on is Skateboard 01.mp4. How do I fix this?
When purchased the program I used the Application Manager to download all of the media files, audio files etc...

I'm using this on my M1 Mac Mini. I didn't have any issues with the free version.

I've attempted Force Quiting and reopening but it does the samething.

Any ideas?

I think you should go straight to CL tech support with this issue as most people on the forum are Windows users and don't have much experience with Macs, especially M1s. You can reach them here.
