Video Wall Drop Zones for PowerDirector?

I just discovered the existance of drop zones, specifically video wall drop zones. (Ex. https://stupidraisins.com/titles/wall-pop/) However, so far, they seem to be plugins only available for use with Final Cut Pro X. Is there such a thing for PowerDirector?? PowerDirector 365, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor 4.05 GHz, 32GB RAM, Windows 10 64-bit OS, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER

It seems that the theme designer and express projects do the same. They are available for free in the DZ, from GodfreyZA, and from others for free and paid templates. Do the right google search to find them.
