Since December I've stopped receiving email notifications when someone has replied to my support request. I get a confirmation email when the ticket is submitted, but then no further notifications at all.
The only way I can see the replies is if I remember to manually check the MyStatus page, and more than one ticket has expired because I didn't check in time.
I'm not sure if this is related, but I'm also no longer notified if anyone sends me a private message on the forum, even though I have that option selected in My Profile. It would be great if someone could look into these issues.
