Overlaying Video within Video

Hello! As a fun personal project I thought it would be funny to add myself to that movie Unfriended (so you know what's going on in the screenshots aha)
As you can see in the first one, if nothing is blocking the skype window I'm editing myself into it's a simple drag and drop. But with the second one, sometimes there are windows partially blocking the skype window I want to place myself into. I am wondering if there is a way I can crop/block out those parts of my video so it appears properly layered.
Any assistance would be appreciated!
I am using the trial version - 19.2.2520.0

Hello,

So you want the video in the "Current Call" video window to be in that blue area, and below the "Trojan.tcp" dialog? You can do this in the Mask Designer.

I did something similar in my example selectionmask.jpg file with a selection mask. Just make sure you click "Invert mask".
