Transitions.
I love 'em. And the folks who design them.
Kudos to you all.
Couple of questions...
Has any program or application been evised that allows
users of PD19 to download all of them in one click?

Also, is there any quick way to install dozens of them with
as few clicks?

Lastly, are there any tutorials on how to create transitions?

No thanks.
Most content packs have good stuff but not exactly what I was asking in general though.

As said above, with the 365 subscription you have access to many transitions. And you can even make your own! Also: have a look at the ProDAD entry in the transitions room, you will find two applications that also have a number of transitions you can apply.
Please allow me a general comment: the film professionals use transitions with great reluctance and only if and when they are functional and contribute to the artistics of the production. have watch some TV shows or movies and look to if and how transitions are being used. And maybe try a production with (e.g.) a number of photo's in a slide show and use (all sorts of) many different transitions and see whether you like the result or are still enthousiastic about applying many transitions ;
