Hi,

I have been using Powerdirect 13 for a number of years and really like the program. However, I recently had to have my computer fixed due to a virus infection and whenever I try to render a program (in any format) all I get is a blank green screen with the audio playing ok.

Can't see anything that has been changed and I am only doing exactly what I have done a squillion times before.

Any suggestions what has happened would be gratefully received, thanks

Something changed. Try this: Go to Preferences/Hardware acceleration and uncheck both checkboxes. Render without Fast Video Rendering Technology. It should work.
