MP3 Files become unusable (P2GO 12 and 13)

Hi,

After rip audio track CD to MP3 format, it is not possible play the result file for instance withWindows Media Player, it result the folowing error: "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file."
Any other player also can't read the file.

If I convert to any other format for instance M4A it works perfectly.

Anyone can help?

Use the WMP to rip the CD to mp3. The default setting is mp3 on mine. You can then be assured that the mp3s will play on the default WMP in Windows 10.
