Creating a third page on root menu

If I have 2 button's such as: 'play' and 'chapters' how would I go about adding a third button to create a blank credits page where I can add text? This would be just a page, not a video. I am having trouble doing this for some reason.

I don't know a way to do that with PDR's menu system.

What I'd do is make a separate video of your credits (even if it's just a static page) and add it as the last video/chapter. You'll see what I mean in the attached screenshots.
