Please can somebody help me

i've recently installed power director 7 ... when I load a dvd into my drive it all loads up on the page .. great ! ... the problem is when i hit play in order to record it there is no audio at all ?
I have been through all the Q+A and I am at a loss could somebody please help me out !

download klite codecs pack (freeware) and it will fix your problem - it did for me.

hi ken

downloaded the klite codecs pack but no joy i can play the dvd in any of my media players with audio but not in power director
unless i messed up the klite codecs pack download by not ticking enough boxes at the end !
frustrating
