I have a silvercrest video grabber and cannot get it to work. I used it once before on a different laptop but I'm just not having any luck now. I've been at this since yesterday and have been looking throught possible solituions from your site but still no luck. I'm asking here as a last attempt before I fling it out the window.

I have the original CD but my laptop does not have a CD part so I put the CD into my other PC and copied the info to a hard drive and installed it from there. My laptop has windows 10 home edition and I downloaded the newest driver online but it won't work. After reading other posts I uninstalled everything and started again a couple of times. I thought it looked like to driver was actually installed but when I click update driver its says windows cannot firnd a driver online. The Power director 7 is installed but when in the capture tab the only option highlighted for use is the mic. None of the other options are highlighted to make them available to use.
