Please help.

I am using Power director 16 Ultimate

I imported a video created in the same software

I get a message (Timeline Rate confect)

When I click OK the images in the timeline are all OK but the preview window is green.

When I produce it, I get just green with audio?

I tried to adjust the frame rate but it does not seem to work.

How can I fix this?

Check that video with a viewer/player like VLC or Movie & TV to be sure that the video is not green. Go to Preferences/Hardware acceleration and uncheck Enable hardware decoding and click OK. The preview window should show the video properly.
