Reinstalling with Product code?

I had a few issues with my laptop which needed me to uninstall various updates and programmes.

I have just gone to reinstall Youcam but only have the trial version - can anyone tell me how I re-input my purchased product code please?

Which, of course, means this is USELESS to a business person. This kind of system means that if I change laptops I, THE DAMN CUSTOMER, has to go through hoops and wait for someone to respond to me causing a delay which could mean I look bad in front of MY customer because I can't get my own technology working in a timely manner.... note to self... tell ANYONE who asks if this software is a good idea for them... HELL NO.....

How do we get a reply from customer support?

I contacted them a few days ago to resinstall the version that I had already purchased and am not hearing back from anyone.

If there isn't going to be an easier, automated process, it would be great to hear back on the same day, or at least on the following day.

Any suggestions on how to reach someone?

They will reply to you. Some people have reported they are not receiving email notifications when a reply is ready, so make sure you check your support tickets by going here and then selecting My Status > My Support Ticket.
