Color presets and Cluts

I have PD 365 and read a tutorial for LUTS; It says I should find "Color Presets and CLUTS" under Enhance under the Fix and Enhance tab. I don't have that listed. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help.

The location of many tools and effects changed in PD19 with respect to the previous versions (which the tutorial was probably made for). See this FAQ for more indo.
