The software for Power DVD came budle in a package I received when I purchased a new computer. I can't locate the CD or case it came in to enter the CD key in order to run it. When I go to retrievel it shows I registered the product but there is no cd key listed. What can I do to get a new CD Key

I have the same problem. I am trying to reach customer support. I even tried to register twice, with no results.

For all OEM inquiries , you should contact the hardware manufacturer that bundled Power DVD for replacement purposes. Im a nice ice hockey player!
