After uninstalling powerdvd 19 ultra and installing powerDVD 20 and after installing all the patches
the keyboard controls do not work not on all blu-ray

Mine works fine when playing blu-rays.

The hotkeys might only work for the program window you focus on your desktop.
Are there any other programs or tools grabbed the focus of window after you started blu-ray movie playback in powerdvd?
Did you plug multiple monitors to your PCs?

Check them first.
