Download link for Power Director 16

I bought PD 16 in 2018 and need to reinstall on a new computer but the download link no longer works.

I submitted a query and support provided a link for a response to my query. The link set me to the support page but no ticket exists.

I went through the download link and it only has a patch, not the original. I tried the free download of PD 18 and its a trial version.

How do I get PD 16 to install as that meets my needs.
