Activation on Powerdvd 12

Hi everyone,

I bought and installed PowerDVD12. Installation successful.
But it is impossible to activate the product.
The server says the installation key is wrong and gives me the error: 0x80ab0005

Can anyone help?

You recently bought PowerDVD 12? Where did you purchase it from? CL doesn't retail sell that version anymore, so you should probably be asking where you got it from.

No I never said I got it recently. It is a bought version.
