YouCam 9 Unable to reinstall and Freeze issue

So one morning I tried to use the software for important meeting. The program hang on me. I attempt to reinstall the YouCam Deluxe. But prompts the following:


This happen across all my laptop and desktop devices. Please advice.

You were trying to install a patch update instead of the full YouCam 9 build it seems.

Where do I download the full build? I tried to install the free version and then install the patch it prompts the same.
