activation code for power2go

good morning and nice week to all.

i have a laptop with pre-istalled power2go 8

i downloaded Power2Go_155423(8.0.10)_HP_CPC_NPC_Patch_Patch_P2G170919-04_Normal.exe, but by mistake, because i didn't notice that is an update i unistall power2go in order to install the update.

i made system restore and then update power2go with

Power2Go_155423(8.0.10)_HP_CPC_NPC_Patch_Patch_P2G170919-04_Normal.exe.

now during opening program ask me the activation code, which i haven't because the program was pre-istalled in my laptop.

how can i solve the problem?

Hello,

You need to contact the laptop manufacturer to get the activation code. It should have been included in the documentation you got with your laptop as well.
So please contact HP to get your activation code.
