Video lags behind audio

When I record with Youcam 9, The video lags behind the audio, and so, the synchronization is off. Can this be fixed, and if so, how?
Even before you record, you can see that the video lags behind the voice. This is not good. Fix needed.

Hello,

First, make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements: https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/service/technical-support.do
You didn't submit the DXDiag file as requested for all posts, so can't be sure.

You can also try switching off all video enhancements, including auto lighting, skin smoothener and TrueTheater Enhancements, as this may cause the lag issue on some computers.

Hi,

This happens to me too. It's defeating a purpose if I need to switch off all the enhancement. Is there any other way to fix this. The reason why I bought this is to have those enhancements. My computer is new and powerful. My internet is good.

How can I fix this lag? It's just annoying I spend so much time recording and re-recording. I use the Logitec HDT camera.
