Hi,

I'm trying to us PD18's screen recorder feature to get some little clips off Netflix to make some gifs.

On playback the sound is there, the Netflix status bar and subtitle icons appear too, but there's no footage from the movie - it's just black.

I looked around and other screen recorders (like Bandicam) say entering Game Mode sometimes works.

I clicked on that button in PD screen rec, but it says I don't have that feature (I'm on PD18 Ultra), & I have to upgrade for a full screen recorder (£21)

Is this my only option here, or is there some work around I'm not seeing pls?
