Cyberlink PowerDVD cannot cast media to (Roku Express) Check the device's status and connection then

I'm having an issue with media casting to my Roku Express just day before yesterday I used it and it worked great. today. I've

  1. rebooted PC

  2. upgraded to PowerDVD20

  3. re-downloaded video

  4. Restarted my Roku

  5. checked Wifi connection all good

  6. restarted Wifi just in case

  7. when casting it is showing the corrcect casting device


I don't know what else to do. I cast instructional video's to use in another room. Any help please!

I was able to cast my PowerDVD Casting Channel under Roku 9.2.0. When it got upgraded to 9.3.0 I was unable to. I just put a support ticket I think there might be some compatibility issues with the Roku PowerDVD Casting App on Roku and the software upgrade on Roku.
I'm having no problems on my Firestick with the app
