Important Program Component Is Not Available...

365 Subscriber. Just like the title says. Box shows up when launching PD - cannot click on anything while the box is up - closing the box closes PD.

Screenshot and Dxdiag attached.

Latest Nvidia driver and a Windows 10 auto-update are only things that have changed since it worked a few days back. No AV running...checked firewall on and off...blah blah.

Rolling back drivers is not a fix I am interested in. No other program is crashing....Adobe - Serif - games - all working fine.

Uninstalled and reinstalled via Application Manager 2X with no luck.

Any help would be rad.

Have you tried re-installing PowerDirector?

To do so, Add Remove programs (in Windows Control panel) Remove PowerDirector 365. (Windows 10 'add remove programs' in search is the quick way to get there.

open CyberLink Application Manager then install PowerDirector.

That will force all of the components of PD to be installed. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
