Is there a way to show all the tracks at once? It would make working much more easy.

There are several ways to do this, but most are only practical if you have a small number of tracks in your project.

The quickest way to do that is to right-click on the left end of the tracks, and do this for both video and audio tracks:

You can also manually drag bottom edge of the Fx track up towards the top until it's as small as possible.

If the tracks still won't fit, click and drag the 5 small dots above the center of the timeline (highlighted in green) up to expand the timeline area:

Note that this will necessarily reduce the preview and library/tool control areas above.

If you have more than one monitor, you can undock the preview window (highlighted in orange) and move that to another monitor, which will give you the maximum available room for the timeline

I found a simple way to set tracks permenently. Create a screen with the desired track arrangements and adjust as described above.
Then save to a file. Now, you can call up that file and always have your desired track arrangement.

I'm glad my suggestions helped you out. As you noted, the track widths are stored with each project, so you can save a master "View all tracks" project, and then create each new project from there so that they'll all have the same track settings.
