Can i use Amd Ryzen 5 3600 cpu together with a ASUS GeForce GTX 1650 Graphic Card for Ultra HD blu ray playback or should a have a intel I5-9600KF Cpu ?

It is impossible to use AMD CPU neither the AMD/NVIDIA GPU to play Ultra HD Blu-ray unless you crack the DRM of the movie discs.
