PowerDirector doesn't work on my Samsung Chromebook Pro any more

I have been using it for the last two years, but now it won't launch the app successfully.

When I open the app it shows the loading and optimising screen. The progress bar gets to the end, but then that app closes.

Anybody have this behaviour now?

Anyone know a fix?

Hello,

Can you try to completely uninstall PowerDirector from your Chromebook, and then try reinstalling using the latest version? See if that helps you.
