Audio muted

Since sometime suddenly after starting PowerDirector 365 the audio in the preview is muted.
I change it, save project, next time: again muted.
Some one has a solution?

Try to remember to set it to real time preview. Don't mute the audio in the windows volume mixer for the app if you are doing it.

In preferences it is in Real time preview.
In the windows mixer it is normal.

You can wait for suggestions from other users as to what the issue might be. You could also contact Cyberlink support in the meantime and create a support ticket to report this issue and possibly get a better suggestion on a possible solution.

Any chance you just muted PD? Click the speaker icon under the PD preview screen and then click the bottom of the elevator box to unmute.

Problem solved.
I had attached a TV as 2nd screen, the windows audio mixer had switched the audio to the TV.
The result after starting PD365 the audio was muted.
