Hello all,

I used the profile analyzer on my video to decide which format and settings to publish my video in.
I am having a unique issue in that when there is a zoom in, the zoom gets choppy (the frames sort of stutter and slow down). This occurs on my 55" TV, but not my iPhone and iPad. I am wondering if it has to do with the TV refresh rate, because on the mobile devices, it is smooth. How can I fix this without quality loss? There are also videos within the video, but they only have minimal stuttering. Happy to provide more information.
