Hello everyone,

I am having issues with zooming in using the Zoom In effect under "Fx". The zoom is happening way too quickly, and it is not letting me customize where I want it to zoom in on the animation window. When I resize the zoom area, it is actually selecting the picture and changing its size (it is selecting the corner of the image and zoom window). I read on the forum to use the keys to slow the transition down, but I am not sure where to put the key (Position, Scale, etc.), even then it only lets me add one and I am not sure how to use it.

Any descriptive tutorial / images to guide me on this would be much appreciated.

Hi VideoProducer -

Yes - using the Zoom In/Out FX is less flexible than using Pan & Zoom tools. e.g. with zoom FX you can only zoom to/from the centre.

Have a look at this...



This thread shows something about keyframes for the Zoom FX too.
