Can't install PowerDVD 18 Ultra onto another computer

Hi all.

I bought and downloaded PowerDVD 18 Ultra (PDVD 18 U) on my laptop in June with no problems. It worked great.

Now I have a new laptop and want to install PDVD 18 U on the new laptop. I can't find the download for PDVD 18 U on the Cyberlink website. There is only the option to buy and download PDVD 19.

How can I install PDVD 18 U on my new laptop? I tried to download and install the PDVD 18 patch, but it says that I need to have a non-trial version of PDVD 18 on my computer first.

Thanks in advance.

Not really an answer. It's a p.i.t.a. to find the actual download link, as the latest version is continually thrust in your face. This crap is as bad as apple bullshit were they purposely make anything less than buying the latest version a borderline untenable. It's ****ing riduclous. You can stare at the cd-keys you bought and paid for, but good luck downloading the right version.

It is if you read the FAQ questions. You need to contact Cyberlink customer service to get your new download link.

I have EXACTLY the same issue because I just upgraded to a new Windows 10 PC.
I can't contact "support" because I have tried numerous times to submit a ticket but when I click the SUBMIT button nothing happens.
ALL FIELDS in the form have been completed.
Tearing my hair out.

I can submit ticket to contact their support team successfully.
I'm wondering which form you filled exactly? Any screenshots?

You should contact them from the following page, and don't go to any other webpages to submit whatever questions.

Hi Gazza,

Coincidentally, I just submitted a ticket today for a version of PowerDVD i misplaced, and had no problems using the same link I provided above.

As QC suggested, can you share some screenshots or screen capture of your issue?

Thanks guys, that's the same link I used which took me to the support ticket.
I have just received an email from Cyberlink support, so at least one of my submissions got through.
I'll wait for their advice.
As I said, there was no acknowledgement when clicking on the submit button. smile
