I'm considering purchasing a 12 month subscription, my question is can I access the program from different computers. For example whem I'm at home I would be accessing the program on my laptop and when at work from a desktop computer is this possible or is the subscription only valid on the original computer used when I purchased the subscription??

Yes, this should be fine. As long as you are not logged into both computers at the same.
