Just downloaded PowerDVD Pro 19. Can't play any DVDs as message lists this DVD player is fixed to Region 5. How can I change it so that I can play DVDs from other regions, ie 2-4
BTW I'm not a computer fundi

It's not PowerDVD that is fixed to region 5, it is your DVD optical disc player, i.e. the hardware. You can change the region code in Windows settings. See this link for an explanation:

Just note that you can only do this 4 or 5 times, and then the code is locked. After that you have to play just DVDs for that region, or get a new disc player.
