No HDR with rx5700xt

PowerDVD 19 Ultra can't play HDR movies on my Asus ROG Strix Radeon™ RX 5700 XT.
It just hangs until I dissable HDR in Windows settings.
It stutters playing normal videos and it gets pixelated.
I've re-installed it many times and I even re-installed my PC.
Using latest Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.10.1 driver.
Don't know what else to do.

Have you applied any official or unofficial GPU overclocking tool?
Uninstall them to check the playback. (Some of the same type of programs are called as graphic tuning tools)

For playing videos or playing HDR videos, no overclocking or sort of hacking is required.

Or, contact cyberlink support.
