The Encoding Quality with Hardware Acceleration is bad

In Power Director 17 and 18 is the Hardware Accelerated Encoding quality bad. Every third frame will be not processed. Smooth source movies are after encoding no longer smooth, but there was no frame rate change. The source frame rate is 25p fps and the produced frame rate is also 25 fps and the project frame rate is also 25 fps. This error is not caused by mixed fps, it have just to do with the hardware accelerated encoding. In older Versions of PD i have never seen such a problem. My Hardware is only a Notebook APU AMD A6-6310.
