Just purchased POWER DVD 19. How do I burn discs with this program? Salesperson said I could burn discs.

Unfortunately, your salesperson recommended you a wrong software.
powerdvd is a software player. It is not a disc burning program, and has zero disc burning feature.

CyberLink's disc burning program is power2go, not powerdvd.
