Correcting PAL Speedup on Blu-Rays

Hello,
there are some Blu-Rays where the pitch is not correct. The voices are too low. I guess this has something to do with the 4% PAL speedup and they did the mastering wrong. Can PowerDVD correct that?

You may try the TrueTheater audio enhancment in powerdvd to boost the movie/voice volume during the playback.
It might get some improvements, but I don't think a comprehensive "correction" is possible.

Right click on the "eye" icon at the playback bar. It will open the TrueTheater effect panel.
