Do NOT buy this product -
Endless problems
I cannot edit or upload any videos without "Production unsuccessful...ensure your graphic card driver is updated....etc"
or Media Souce Error 3
My computer is high spec - all the latest mod cons
I had none of these issues with PD 10 -
Utter waste of money - do not buy as a direct download

I'm sorry that you've had such issues, but PD18 Ultimate works very well on my computer. I've successfully edited and produced three projects with no issues. I think that you'd need to supply a lot of technical info in order for people here to assist you.

Same hear. I am using Power Director 18 Ultimate download version and I have not had any problems with it.

This is a member to member forum, so the more specific information that you give, the more likely that members will be able to help.
I appreciate the frustration, but without such information (https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/80133.page) it really is almost impossible to help.
