Poor quality H.264 & subtitle playback

I recently decided to purchase PowerDVD, but with some anime I get pretty terrible video and subtitle quality.

I've attached an example, cpmparing it to VLC, and added a text file with the description of which codecs / streams are in the video in question.

Any way this can be improved?

Thanks,

Some legacy made H.264 videos would encode the video content in 10 bit color depth using custom encoder.

powerdvd so far does not support to play H.264 10 bit video. The color or the video will be look corrupted in powerdvd.
The 10 bit support and encoding are much more common in H.265 format videos, which powerdvd supports.
