Show different frame rates

In my library I want to show the frame rate of the clip, and preferably whether it is 4k. I presume this is simple, but I can't work it out. Thanks

PD does not have the capability to display file details that include bitrate and resolution, the best on can do is simply right click on the video in question and select "View Properties" from the menu list.
