How to reinstall PD 16

I had purchased Power Director 16 and along with that got Photo Director 8 and installed the same on line.

Some time back after upgraing to Windows 10 latest version some how (along with some other apps) I lost
both these apps from my computer.

I would therefore need to reinstall both these apps.

I need help and guidance to resolve this issue.
