Power2Go opens and shows the label ... then the label disappears and nothing else happens ...

I am guessing you mean the Power2Go splash screen? Can you try restarting Windows and then trying to launch Power2Go again? If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the software.

So when you double-click the icon to start the program, a label, icon, picture, logo thing pops up that says Power2Go ... it dissappears very quickly, hard to capture ... seems like a normal part of the startup up but then there is no window for Power2Go ...

Splash screen, right ...

Restarted, same result ...

Reinstalled with Admin elevation ... works fine ...


The moral of this story is don't install Power2Go through an RDP ...
