Make your own animated titles in PD?

Simple question: is it possible to make this kind of animated titles in PD? And if the answer is "yes", how is it done?

Title example

The example is of course very simple, but I'm just curious if I can make something like this, or even more complicated, in powerdirector 365. ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! I guess I will have to look into the Particle designer to create my own.
